The formula uses sugar-derived emulsifying surfactants — an ultra-mild class of cleansing agents that lift impurities with a light, non-foaming feel, rather than the stripping action associated with conventional sulfate-based cleansers. Bisabolol and Oat Kernel Extract provide powerful soothing and anti-inflammatory support, helping to calm reddened or sensitised skin during the cleanse.

The Hydrating Crème is a therapeutically formulated moisturiser developed for severely dry, sensitised, and compromised skin. How to Use
Step 1 — Balancing Cleansing Emulsion
Apply to dry skin morning and evening. Massage gently around the face and eye area — the gel formula will begin to melt on contact, dissolving makeup and impurities. Apply water to activate the cleanser into a milky emulsion, then rinse thoroughly. Do not use on wet skin initially, as the gel-to-milk transformation requires dry skin contact first.
 
Step 2 — Hydrating Crème
Apply to clean, dry skin morning and evening as the final step in your skincare routine. Gently massage a small amount onto the face, neck, or any area requiring hydration.
