If you have been to our clinic before and have a treament plan, you are welcome to select the treatment you would like to book in for. If you are unsure, please book a "Standard Appointment". For new patients, please ensure you book as a "New Patient", as this allows appropriate time for a new patient consultation to take place. If you are suitable for treatment; and both you and the treating doctor are comfortable to proceed, you may be able to have a treatment during your initial consultation.

To make the most of your consultation, here is what to be aware of before your first visit to Epios.
MEDICAL HISTORY

Please be prepared to discuss your full medical history, current medications and any previous cosmetic treatments. This information is essential for your doctor to assess clinical suitability safely.
NO MAKEUP IF POSSIBLE

Where possible, arrive with a clean face. This allows your doctor to conduct a thorough skin and facial assessment without any products interfering with the clinical evaluation.
PRICING & PRODUCTS

In accordance with TGA regulations, specific pricing and product information for Schedule 4 treatments cannot be discussed prior to or outside of a consultation. All costs will be provided during your appointment.
NO OBLIGATION

A consultation does not commit you to any treatment. Your doctor will assess your concerns, explain all options including the option not to treat, and allow you to make a fully informed decision at your own pace. Consults are priced at $350 if no treatment is performed on that day. This fee is non transferrable.

Do I need a consultation before any treatment?
Yes. All patients at Epios undergo a thorough medical consultation with a qualified doctor before any treatment is discussed or performed. This is a clinical and regulatory requirement, not just our preference.
Which doctor should I book with?
Each of our doctors has particular clinical areas of focus. If you are unsure, please give us a call or send us an email— our team will ensure you are matched with the most appropriate practitioner.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask that you provide at least 48h hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Less than 48h notice will incur a $150 cancellation fee. Please call or email us directly to make any changes.
Can you tell me how much treatments cost before I book?
In accordance with TGA advertising regulations, we are unable to provide pricing for Schedule 4 (prescription) cosmetic treatments outside of a consultation. Pricing will be discussed transparently during your appointment.
Is there a consultation available in Mandarin?
Yes. Dr Wendy Kwok offers full medical consultations in both English and Mandarin (普通话). Please select Dr Wendy when booking and note your language preference.
Are treatments performed on the day of consultation?
This depends on clinical assessment. In some cases, where it is appropriate and you wish to proceed, treatment may take place at the same appointment. Your doctor will advise what is clinically suitable for your situation.
