Rejuran
At Epios Cosmetic Clinic, located in Sydney's eastern suburbs, we’re excited to offer Rejuran, a groundbreaking skin treatment that harnesses the regenerative power of salmon DNA to promote collagen production and rejuvenate your skin. This advanced treatment has gained global popularity for its ability to improve skin texture, elasticity and overall appearance, making it a favourite among those seeking more youthful and radiant skin.

Rejuran Treatments We Offer:
We offer three specialised Rejuran treatments, each designed to target different skin concerns:
-
Rejuran Classic: Perfect for overall skin rejuvenation, this treatment can be applied to the face, neck and décolletage to improve skin texture, elasticity and reduce fine lines.
-
Rejuran i: Specifically formulated for delicate areas like the under-eye region, this lighter treatment improves texture and fine lines.
-
Rejuran Scar: A concentrated version ideal for treating acne scars and other types of scarring.
.
What to Expect:
The procedure approximately 10-15 minutes (but we allow longer for questions and consultation) and involves a series of small injections to deliver polynucleotides into the skin. We advise that you arrive 30 minutes before your appointment so that we can apply topical numbing cream.
Downtime and Results:
Downtime is minimal, with most patients experiencing mild swelling and bruising for 24-48 hours. Results are visible within 2-4 weeks, but optimal benefits are seen after 3-6 months. For lasting results we recommend 2-3 sessions spaced 1 month apart, with maintenance treatments once or twice a year (however this depends on age and skin concern).

What areas of the face can Rejuran be used on?
Rejuran may be considered for use in areas where skin quality support is desired, including the cheeks, under-eye area, jawline, neck and décolletage. It can also be assessed for smaller areas such as around the mouth or eyes. Suitability for specific areas is determined during medical consultation, based on skin condition, anatomy and individual treatment goals.
Is Rejuran suitable for sensitive or reactive skin?
Rejuran contains highly purified polynucleotides and is generally considered suitable for many skin types, including sensitive skin. However, individual responses vary. A detailed consultation is required to assess skin sensitivity, medical history and suitability, particularly for patients with reactive skin or a history of allergies.
What side effects can occur with Rejuran?
Common temporary effects following Rejuran treatment may include redness, mild swelling, tenderness or small bumps at injection sites. These reactions are typically short-lived and resolve without intervention. As with any injectable treatment, potential risks and aftercare instructions are discussed during consultation prior to treatment.
How long does it take to notice changes after Rejuran?
Rejuran works by supporting natural skin repair processes, so changes are typically gradual rather than immediate. Some patients may notice changes in skin texture or hydration over the weeks following treatment. The timeline and degree of response varies between individuals and is discussed during consultation.
How often is Rejuran usually performed?
Rejuran is often assessed as part of a treatment plan that may involve multiple sessions spaced over time, followed by maintenance treatments if appropriate. The number of sessions and treatment intervals vary depending on skin concerns, response and individual goals. Recommendations are made following medical consultation and may be adjusted over time.
Does Rejuran treatment hurt?
Rejuran is administered using fine injections. A topical anaesthetic is commonly applied beforehand to help minimise discomfort. Sensation during treatment varies between individuals, and clinicians will discuss pain management options and what to expect during consultation.
