What treatments do you offer at your clinic?Epios Cosmetic Clinic is a full-service cosmetic clinic in Sydney. We offer a variety of treatments including Rejuran, PRP, Morpheus8, skin boosters, skin peels, facial contouring and volumisation and hair loss treatments in Sydney. Where is your clinic located in Sydney?Epios Cosmetic Clinic is located at 18 William St, Paddington in Sydney.

What are your opening hours?We are open Tuesday-Friday 10am-5pm. We are also open the third Saturday of each month.

Do I need to book an appointment, or do you accept walk-ins?We do not accept walk-ins. Please make an appointment online.

How can I book a consultation?Consultations can be booked online via our website. Select “New Patient”. Consultations are priced at $350, which is redeemable for a treatment on the day. If no treatment is performed that day, the fee cannot be carried over and will need to be paid immediately after consultation. We also offer telehealth consultations, which need to be paid prior to the appointment.

What languages are spoken by the staff at Epios Cosmetic Clinic, and how can this benefit me as a client?At Epios Cosmetic Clinic, we pride ourselves on our multicultural and multilingual staff, which allows us to cater to a diverse clientele. Dr. Adina Blaj, the owner of the clinic, speaks fluent English, Romanian, and passable French, making it easier for Romanian and French-speaking clients to communicate their needs effectively. Dr. Yalda Jamali speaks fluent English and Farsi, providing excellent care for our Persian-speaking clients. Dr. Wendy is fluent in English and Mandarin, ensuring that our Mandarin-speaking clients feel comfortable and well-understood.

What is the best treatment for my skin type or concern?You will need to book a consultation to discuss your medical history, specific concerns, goals and budget with your treating doctor. What is the Epios Glass Skin Treatment, and what results can I expect?The Epios Glass Skin treatment is a bespoke injectable skin treatment that was created by Dr Adina following a recent trip to South Korea. Using South Korean principles and techniques, she has developed this treatment that can be made to target an individual’s skin concern. What are exosome treatments, and how do they work?Exosomes are messengers that can tell the body to repair, rejuvenate or regenerate the skin/hair. At Epios we offer exosomes as a hair loss treatment in Sydney and for skin. To view more information about exosomes, visit our exosomes page.

Are your treatments suitable for sensitive skin?Yes, we offer treatments for sensitive skin. It is important to have a consultation with one of our doctors to decide what treatment is best suited for your skin. You can view all of our services here.

How long does a typical treatment session take?The length of a treatment session will depend on the type of treatment you have booked in for. Treatment times will vary between 15-45 minutes.

What is the recovery time for injectable treatments?The recovery time will depend on the type of treatment you have had. During your consultation the treating doctor can discuss downtimes and recovery times. Some treatments have very limited downtime, while others such as PDO threads may be more extensive.

Can I combine multiple treatments in one session?If you have booked for a consultation for wrinkle reduction, there is not enough time to have any additional treatments, however, generally, for most sessions you can do multiple treatments during the appointment time. If you wish to have multiple treatments, please select a standard appointment.

Do you offer non-invasive body contouring treatments?Yes, we do. We offer a variety of treatments for body contouring including post-partum treatments. During your consultation the treating doctor can discuss options suitable for your concerns.

What should I do to prepare for my initial consultation?When coming for your initial consultation, we encourage you to prepare any questions you may have, and to consider your downtime, goals, concerns and budget. Please bring with you a photo or note of the skincare products you currently use so that your treating doctor can review your routine. When coming to your appointment, please arrive make-up free.

When will I see results from my treatment?Depending on the type of treatment you have had, results may appear straight away, or may take weeks-months to appear. Even treatments with ‘instant’ results, will take time to settle or for the downtime to disappear. It would be best to speak to your treating doctor about when you can expect results from your treatment.

Can I wear makeup immediately after a treatment?For the majority of treatments, you will need a minimum of 4 hours make-up free to prevent infection. Please speak to your treating doctor if for some reason you need to wear makeup earlier.

What are your prices for specific treatments?Due to current regulations, we are unable to provide treatment pricing without a consultation. Consultations are priced at $350 and during this time your treating doctor will discuss all treatment pricings.

Do you charge consultation fees, and are they redeemable?Consultations are priced at $350. This fee is redeemable for a treatment on the day, but cannot be carried over for any future appointments. If you do not have a treatment, you must still pay the consultation fee. Our consultations are not free.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?All cancellations or reschedules must be made with 48 hours notice. Any cancellation or reschedule with less than 48h notice will incur a $150 cancellation fee. This is to respect our doctor’s time.

Do you charge for top-ups?Yes, as our products are charged per ml/unit, all top-ups will be charged based on the amount of additional product.

Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?As Epios Cosmetic Clinic is a boutique clinic, we kindly ask that all patients please limit the number of people, children or animals they bring to their appointment to maintain the privacy and comfort of all patients. Additionally, as we deal with hazardous and dangerous materials, we are unable to look after your children or animals during your appointment.

What should I do if I have an allergic or adverse reaction to a product or treatment?If it is a severe reaction, please present to your local emergency department or GP. Please also text your treating doctor immediately using their personal phone number provided in your consent form. Anticipated reactions can be found in your consent form, which you should receive a copy of.

Do you sell skincare products for at-home use?Yes, we offer a variety of skincare options across a range of price-points. Our main skincare range is ZO Skin Health products, however we do also carry products from Profhilo, Teoxane and Airyday. Our full range can be seen on website under the “products” tab.

Do you have gift cards available for purchase?Yes, we offer physical or digital gift cards. Please visit us in-clinic or contact us via email or text to purchase.
